HOW WE ARE KEEPING SAFE IN OUR KITCHENS AND RESTAURANT:
We take cleanliness and sanitation practices very seriously and we wanted to let you know that we are closely monitoring the advice and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Our staff has always, and will continue to, wash hands frequently and thoroughly between every task, use gloves when preparing food, sanitize all food prep and storage surfaces, all doorknobs, switches, and frequent contact points, and sanitize all utensils between uses. Staff is required to be temperature checked each day on arrival.
